Our free shipping includes curbside delivery. If additional shipping services are needed such as white glove services, you can sometimes request that from the carrier when they call or from the driver if they have time. If you'd like to talk over your options, feel free to give us a call and we can share ideas of things other customers have done if they've needed help.
If your order arrives damaged, please do not refuse it. Please accept your order BUT notate on the Bill of Lading that boxes were damaged. If you feel like it's bad enough to take a peak before the carrier leaves, you have the right to do so. After opening your order, if there is any concealed damage, please give us a call and we can assist you to rectify the issue. Also, notate this on the Bill of Lading if the driver is still there.
Please note that the time it will take for an item to arrive at your door is dependent on where you live. Most items take 2 to 8 business days to arrive after you receive your shipping notice from us.

Serge Ferrari textile is made from high-tenacity synthetic yarns with a protective sheath, offering a soft touch that is both durable and weatherproof, backed by a 5-year warranty. For regular cleaning, use a soft brush or sponge with Serge Ferrari Cleaner 500 or a pH-neutral detergent. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clear water before storing. To ensure longevity, it’s recommended to store your furniture under covers during the winter or when not in use for extended periods.
High-pressure laminate is ideal for outdoor use, made by resin-impregnating and compressing materials under extreme pressure to create a durable, scratch-resistant surface. These tabletops require minimal maintenance and can remain outdoors year-round. Over time, compact laminate may experience slight fading at the edges. To maintain the deep black color, simply rub linseed oil on the edges to refresh them. For optimal care, it's recommended to store your furniture under covers during the winter or when not in use for extended periods.
This tempered glass features a baked-on ceramic coating that guarantees excellent adhesion and long-lasting durability. The coating creates a unique textured pattern that virtually eliminates fingerprints. Additionally, the UV-resistant tabletop is less reflective than polished glass. To clean, simply use a mild cleaner and a soft cloth.

Our faux wood is crafted from UV-resistant, waterproof, and colorfast plastic, eliminating the need for conditioners or wood preservatives to maintain its appearance for years. Nearly maintenance-free and easy to clean, simply use a soft cloth with a mixture of dish soap and warm water. For stubborn dirt or debris, a soft brush can be used to gently loosen it from the surface.
