This item ships via Long Haul Trucking Company. Delivery via Truck requires an appointment for the driver to bring your order and will require someone to be there to sign the Bill of Lading. Your 2nd email from us will be a shipping notification letting you know that your order has "left the building". At the bottom of the notification you will see the name of the trucking company delivering your order and the PRO number which is your tracking number. The phone number that you give us under the shipping information during checkout will be the number the shipping company will call to schedule the delivery. Or if you prefer, you can call the carrier direct to have more control over the delivery time. All you need is your PRO #.

Our free shipping includes curbside delivery. If additional shipping services are needed such as white glove services, you can sometimes request that from the carrier when they call or from the driver if they have time. If you'd like to talk over your options, feel free to give us a call and we can share ideas of things other customers have done if they've needed help.

If your order arrives damaged, please do not refuse it. Please accept your order BUT notate on the Bill of Lading that boxes were damaged. If you feel like it's bad enough to take a peak before the carrier leaves, you have the right to do so. After opening your order, if there is any concealed damage, please give us a call and we can assist you to rectify the issue. Also, notate this on the Bill of Lading if the driver is still there.

Please note that the time it will take for an item to arrive at your door is dependent on where you live. Most items take 1 to 5 business days to arrive after you receive your shipping notice from us.

High-pressure laminate (HPL) is ideal for outdoor use, made by resin-impregnating and compressing materials under extreme pressure to create a durable, scratch-resistant surface. To maintain the deep black color, simply rub linseed oil on the edges to refresh them. Our MAX rope features a woven PVC or acrylic cover over a rubber core, creating a weatherproof material that can handle changing weather conditions. It’s UV-resistant and dries quickly after getting wet, making it perfect for outdoor use. Easy to maintain, it can be cleaned with standard household cleaners. For optimal care, we recommend storing your furniture under covers during winter or when not in use for extended periods.

COUTUREtex is a 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabric that is waterproof, stain-resistant, and weatherproof, backed by a 5-year warranty. It’s incredibly easy to clean, ensuring your furniture stays stylish season after season. For regular maintenance, simply use a soft brush or sponge with a mild pH-neutral detergent. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clear water before storing. To keep your furniture in top condition, we recommend covering it during winter or when not in use for extended periods.

Our aluminum furniture from COUTURE Jardin is coated with TIGER powder coat finish using an electrostatic application method, ensuring 100% coverage of the aluminum surface for a consistent and durable finish. The polyester powder-coated surface is flexible, making it resistant to knocks and scratches, impervious to moisture, highly corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.
