Enjoy your down time even more by installing a Rustic white Cedar Log Picket Swing Set from Outdoor Furniture Plus in your backyard. The swing set features an A-frame base that is made from Northern White Cedar logs and a wide picket bench swing that attaches to the base with the help of durable galvanized hardware. The log-style swing is ruggedly handsome and comfortable accommodates two adults. It arrives partially assembled and completely unfinished, so you can easily paint, stain or seal it to match your other outdoor furniture. The manufacturer of this swing recommends a weight limit of 600 lbs.
It is quite normal for all cedar log furniture to endure the natural process of "checking." As the wood "seasons", 
checking occurs as a log releases moisture across or through the annual growth rings. This process does not affect the structural performance or integrity of the wood. All logs which contain the heart of the tree will develop these lengthwise cracks or checks. The checking spot never goes deeper than the heart. All of our log furniture is kiln dried before being used in production so that we can control where the location is on the checking. It is never used where it will effect the integrity of the product.

Awning is engineered to work with this swing set. It bolts into each side of the Aframe in 6 locations with lag bolts.
The awning adds roughtly 3" to 4" height to the swing set overall height.
