Our free shipping includes curbside delivery. If additional shipping services are needed such as white glove services, you can sometimes request that from the carrier when they call or from the driver if they have time. If you'd like to talk over your options, feel free to give us a call and we can share ideas of things other customers have done if they've needed help.
If your order arrives damaged, please do not refuse it. Please accept your order BUT notate on the Bill of Lading that boxes were damaged. If you feel like it's bad enough to take a peak before the carrier leaves, you have the right to do so. After opening your order, if there is any concealed damage, please give us a call and we can assist you to rectify the issue. Also, notate this on the Bill of Lading if the driver is still there.
Please note that the time it will take for an item to arrive at your door is dependent on where you live. Most items take 2 to 8 business days to arrive after you receive your shipping notice from us.
Our rope is crafted from a blend of woven solution-dyed olefin or acrylic, creating a waterproof and weatherproof material that stands up to changing conditions. UV-resistant and quick-drying, it’s perfect for outdoor use. Easy to maintain, it can be cleaned with standard household cleaners. For best care, we recommend storing your furniture under covers during the winter or when not in use for extended periods.
COUTUREtex is a 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabric that is waterproof, stain-resistant, and weatherproof, backed by a 5-year warranty. It’s incredibly easy to clean, ensuring your furniture stays stylish season after season. For regular maintenance, simply use a soft brush or sponge with a mild pH-neutral detergent. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clear water before storing. To keep your furniture in top condition, we recommend covering it during winter or when not in use for extended periods.
Our aluminum furniture from COUTURE Jardin is coated with TIGER powder coat finish using an electrostatic application method, ensuring 100% coverage of the aluminum surface for a consistent and durable finish. The polyester powder-coated surface is flexible, making it resistant to knocks and scratches, impervious to moisture, highly corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.
High-pressure laminate (HPL) is ideal for outdoor use, made by resin-impregnating and compressing materials under extreme pressure to create a durable, scratch-resistant surface. These tabletops require minimal maintenance and can remain outdoors year-round. Over time, compact laminate may experience slight fading at the edges. To maintain the deep black color, simply rub linseed oil on the edges to refresh them. For optimal care, it's recommended to store your furniture under covers during the winter or when not in use for extended periods.
