This item comes as a complete kit. All boards are cut & sanded ready for assembly by you. Kit also comes with the hardware you will need and complete instructions.

This X-large birdhouse kit measures 8 x 12 x 6, providing spacious accommodations for all but the biggest birds. Its fun and easy to assemble. The DIY birdhouse kit includes complete instructions, zinc-plated hardware and clear Western cedar wood that has been precut, sanded and predrilled for a satisfying fit and look.

This item ships via UPS or FedEx ground transportation. We do not require signatures upon receipt and box(es) will be left where your carrier normally leaves packages. Delivery requests noted in the "additional comments" section during checkout are sometimes honored by the shipper but not guaranteed. The 2nd email from us will be a shipping notification letting you know that your order has "left the building" and at the bottom will be a tracking number and notation if your order was shipped via UPS or FedEx.
