If you select for us to ship you a poly top to complete your outdoor kitchen we will also send a silpat protection mat. You can not place a hot item on your poly top or it will melt. (If this is inadvertently done, never fear, we can craft a new counter top to replace the damaged one if needed)

Small Unit doesn't include space for the refrigerator
If using Propane, the right side cabinet will include a special shelf to house the tank with a small drawer above
If using Natural Gas, the right cabinet will be an open cabinet with an adjustable shelf
The left cabinet will be crafted to house your trash receptacle

Venting included for Gas or Propane (Units are fitted & vented to manufacturer's specifications)
Soft Close Cabinet Door Magnets just inside doors to keep closed during windy periods
Can accommodate Gas or Propane Gills (If propane, you will drill the hole for your line wherever you like it - simply done with circle bit)
Includes leveling feet to align your unit
Toe Kick is installed last with a spring mechanism allowing you to remove if needed
Hidden hardware
Unit includes an interior box that houses shelves/drawers that will connect to the outer shell all allowing for all hardware to be hidden.
There is no metal shelf hardware.  All slide out parts are crafted with poly rails to eliminate the risk of rust.
